What’s the difference between...?
Coaching – provides management and leadership development, over a series of 1-2-1 sessions.
Facilitating – a business team are guided to work together over the course of a day or half-a-day with to reach specific solutions to a business issue.
Mentoring – longer-term support which provides an independent, expert who acts as a sounding board and guide.
Training – key business skills are transferred to your people by specialist trainers.

What is the coaching process?
In any business, time is the most precious resource for partners, directors and senior managers. OvationXL aims to deliver coaching over the shortest practical timescales so the benefits materialise in your business as quickly as possible. Proven to work across many different business sectors, our process starts with a free 30-45 minute scoping session. This helps you explore the areas where coaching is going to help and the amount of coaching required – usually four to six sessions is all that’s required.

Each 1-2-1 session is held approximately once every three weeks and lasts 2.5 hours.

How much do you need to budget?
Our bespoke 1-2-1 coaching sessions each last 2.5 hours and are held once a month at your premises or preferred location. For the standard six session coaching the cost is £660 + VAT per month, making a total investment of £3,960 +VAT + travel expenses where applicable.
For the four session coaching, the cost is £685 + VAT per month, making a total investment of £2,740 + VAT + travel expenses where applicable.

Can we measure the benefits?

Julian Tutty, Performance Coach, Trainer and Facilitator
